Lawfare: Saint with Sinner’s Reputation

The sinner with the reputation of a saint came out in the public view as the top court in Brazil allowed to initiate legal course against former federal judge Sergio Moro better known for the extrajudicial conduct in the Operation Lava Jato  (Car Wash) case while ripping the dignity of former President Lula da Silva. Indian judicial institutions can learn from Brazil trying hard to ensure justice to restore its own dignity.
